# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce until evenly coated.
02 - Mix crumbled blue cheese and shredded mozzarella in a separate bowl until blended.
03 - Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice. Place four slices buttered side down on a clean surface.
04 - Layer buffalo chicken, cheese mixture, and optional green onions or celery on the unbuttered side of each bread slice.
05 - Cover each sandwich with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
