01 - 6 large flour tortillas
02 - 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 0.5 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
05 - 0.5 cup sweet corn kernels (canned or cooked fresh)
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

07 - 12 black olive slices for eyes
08 - 6 baby carrots for noses

# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Using a bunny-shaped cookie cutter or template with a sharp knife, cut bunny shapes from the tortillas. You should obtain approximately 12 bunny shapes (2 per quesadilla).
03 - Place half of the tortilla bunnies on the prepared baking sheet. Distribute cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced bell peppers, and corn evenly over each piece.
04 - Place a second tortilla bunny atop each filling. Brush the tops lightly with melted butter.
05 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is fully melted and tortillas achieve a golden color.
06 - Allow to cool slightly, then embellish: position olive slices for eyes, baby carrot piece for the nose, and parsley or cilantro sprigs for whiskers. Press gently so they adhere to the warm surface.
07 - Transfer to serving plates while still warm and offer sour cream alongside for dipping.
