04 - 1 medium lemon, juiced

08 - 1/2 cup cold water
# Directions:
01 - Place celery, ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice, agave syrup, and Himalayan salt into a high-speed blender.
02 - Add ice cubes and cold water to the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and no visible pieces remain.
04 - Pour through fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into pitcher, pressing to extract maximum liquid.
05 - Taste and add more agave or salt as needed to balance flavors.
06 - Pour into glasses over fresh ice and enjoy immediately.
