14 - 4 large whole wheat tortillas or spinach wraps
15 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
16 - 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for dressing)

# Directions:

01 - Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, optional feta cheese, parsley, chives, tarragon or basil, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and vibrant green. Adjust seasoning to taste.
02 - Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
03 - Place a warmed tortilla flat, spread a generous spoonful of dressing along the center, then layer with baby spinach, sliced chicken, avocado, cucumber, and additional herbs if desired. Drizzle with more dressing.
04 - Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
05 - Cut wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like a fancy restaurant wrap but comes together faster than ordering delivery.
  • The green goddess dressing is so good you'll want to drizzle it on everything for days.
  • You can make it vegetarian, prep it ahead, or eat it right away—it adapts to your mood.
  • High in protein and packed with fresh herbs, so you actually feel great after eating it.
02 -
  • Don't assemble the wrap more than a few hours ahead unless you want a soggy tortilla—the lettuce and vegetables release moisture that softens it over time.
  • The dressing is the star; if it tastes flat, it's usually not enough lemon juice or salt, so taste and adjust before building your wrap.
  • Warm your tortillas every single time—cold tortillas crack and become hard to work with, which defeats the whole purpose.
03 -
  • Toast your tortillas every time—even five seconds in a skillet changes the flavor and prevents cracking.
  • Use a food processor instead of a blender for the dressing if you want more texture; a blender makes it almost too smooth sometimes.
  • Assemble your wrap with spinach first as a moisture barrier, then protein, then vegetables, then herbs—the order keeps everything from getting soggy.
