This berry parfait is one of my favorite go-to desserts when I want something quick yet impressive for guests or family.

Ingredients

  • Berries: 1 cup (150 g) strawberries, hulled and sliced 1 cup (125 g) blueberries 1 cup (125 g) raspberries 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional to sweeten berries)
  • Whipped Cream: 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, cold 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Garnish (optional): Fresh mint leaves Extra berries
