Ingredients
- Cranberry Mixture: 1 cup (100 g) fresh or thawed frozen cranberries, chopped, 1/4 cup (60 g) granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) orange juice, 1/4 cup (40 g) pomegranate seeds (optional), 1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely diced, 1/4 cup (10 g) fresh cilantro, chopped, 2 tablespoons (15 g) green onion, thinly sliced, Zest of 1 orange
- Cheese Base: 8 oz (225 g) feta cheese, crumbled, 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- Garnish & Serving: 1/4 cup (30 g) toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped, Fresh rosemary sprigs (for decoration), Crackers, crostini, or sliced baguette (for serving)
Instructions
- Step 1:
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped cranberries, sugar, orange juice, pomegranate seeds (if using), jalapeño, cilantro, green onion, and orange zest. Mix well and let sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
